NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 21, 2013 in Civil Case No. 11-2012-CA-000189 , of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and DOROTHY GAVE PORTER AKA DOROTHY GAVE AKA DOROTHY G. PORTER; GEORGE W. PORTER; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. F/K/A WACHOVIA BANK, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on this 6 day of August, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 65.40 FEET OF LOT 28, LAKEWOOD PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE(S) 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
