NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, Case No. 2014CA001621AX, in the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on JULY 29, 2014, the following described property:
Lot 30, TARA PHASE I, UNIT 4, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 27, Page(s) 22-24, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. Together with a “Class A” Membership in the Tara Golf and Country Club.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
