NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, Case No. 2014CA001625AX, in the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on August 12, 2014, the following described property:
Unit 203, BUILDING 2, PHASE I, TWELVE OAKS I OF TARA, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1429, Page 3579, et. seq. and any amendments thereto, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the term, conditions, covenants, easements, restrictions and other provisions of the certain Declaration of Condominium and Condominium Plat of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim, you will not be entitled to any remaining funds.
