Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 8, 2014, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida described as:
UNIT 202, BUILDING “B”, DESOTO SQUARE VILLAS, PHASE III, A CONDOMINIUM, WOODPARK BUILDINGS “A”, “B” AND “C”, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 914, PAGE 1624, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 12, PAGES 77 THROUGH 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 315 30TH AVE WEST, B-202, BRADENTON, FL 34205; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Manatee County public auction website at, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on August 12, 2014 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
