NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 7, 2010, and to an order resetting foreclosure sale, dated June 23, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-001730 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF NOVEMBER 1, 2005, GSAMP TRUST 2005-WMC2, is Plaintiff and CINDY SUE ERNST, et.al., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 7th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK A, RIVER LANDINGS BLUFF, PHASE I THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 120 THROUGH 127 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 5412 61st East Street East, Bradenton, FL 34203.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
