NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 1, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-006659-AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-13, is the Plaintiff and MACEDONIO RAMIREZ, ET AL, are the Defendant's, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on August 1, 2014 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK A, PALMETTO MEMORIAL PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 34, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
