NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 1, 2014, and entered in 2014CA000526AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and BUZZ E. GARWOOD A/K/A BUZZ GARWOOD; REBECCA GARWOOD; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; THE HUNTINGTON NATIONAL BANK; PORTFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES, LLC; ALL AMERICAN FINANCIAL ASSOCIATES, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on August 01, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 34, GLEN COVE HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
