NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 1, 2014, and entered in 2014CA000938AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC D/B/A CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and MARY HELLEN MARINA A/K/A MARY HELEN MARINA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARY HELLEN MARINA A/K/A MARY HELEN MARINA; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT FOR MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). THE WEST 10 FEET OF LOTS 6 AND 7, BLOCK 31, ONAHOM FARMS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 81 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH: BEGIN AT THE SW CORNER OF LOT 7, BLOCK 31, ONAHOM FARMS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 81 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE NORTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF LOTS 7 AND 6 OF SAID BLOCK 31, 100 FEET TO THE NW CORNER OF SAID LOT 6, BLOCK 31, THENCE W. 80 FEET; THENCE S. 100 FEET TO THE SOUTH LINE OF TRACT 30 OF ONAHOM FARMS; THENCE E. ALONG SAID S. LINE 80 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING AND ALSO TOGETHER WITH A PERPETUAL EASEMENT TO THE GRANTEES HEREIN, THEIR HEIRS, ASSIGNS, DEVISEES, LEGAL REPRESENTATIVES, INVITEES AND SUCCESSORS AND INTERESTS FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND UPON THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY, AS DESCRIBED IN PRIVATE STREET APPLICATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1116, PAGE 3963 AND AS FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE NE CORNER OF LOT 6, BLOCK 31, OF SAID ONAHOM FARMS, THENCE N. 35 FEET; THENCE W. 200.2 FEET; THENCE S. 35 FEET; THENCE E. 200.2 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, WHICH EASEMENT IS FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS TO THE PRINCIPAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN.
