NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 1, 2014, and entered in 2013CA002110 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION 2009-FT1 TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2009-FT1 is the Plaintiff and RAYMOND D. MILTON; SHIRLEY T. MILTON; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; TENANT N/K/A LOREE STICKLES are the Defendant(s). R.B. Shore III as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on August 01, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT NO. 8 SUNKIST ACRES. A SUBDIVISION IN SE 1/4 OF SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 96 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
