NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on April 3, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 2012 CA 003599 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., CSFB HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-AA1 TRUST, HOME EQUITYPASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-AA1 is the Plaintiff, and, BARBARA WAITERS A/K/A BARBARA A. WAITERS; EUGENE WAITERS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BARBARA WAITERS A/K/A BARBARA A. WAITERS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EUGENE WAITERS; FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, R.B. “Chips” Shore, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on August 5, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK D, OAKWOOD SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 69 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
