NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 7, 2014, entered in Civil Case No. 58-2012-CA-002770 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 11th day of August, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. online at the website: https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 11 AND 12, BLOCK 59 OF PLAT NO.3 OF THE JOHN RINGLING ESTATES, INC. LIDO BEACH DIVISION B AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGES 208 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
