NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 7, 2014 and entered in Case No. 58 2010 CA 002327 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.1, 1 Plaintiff name has changed pursuant to order previously entered, is the Plaintiff and AZALEA 356 PROPERTIES, LLC NANCY W GOULET; JOHN P GOULET A/K/A JOHN GOULET; TENANT #1 N/K/A SHARON O'CONNOR, and TENANT #2 N/K/A NICK ODICE are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 11th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
