NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 7, 2014 and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 002272 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. was the Plaintiff and LOUISE HAWKINS AKA LOUISE G HAWKINS, ET AL., the Defendant(s), that the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 12th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOTS 15 AND 16, BLOCK 14, NOKOMIS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGES 11 AND 11 1/2 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
