NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated , entered in Civil Case No.: 2013-CA-007586 NC of the 12th Judicial Circuit in Sarasota, Sarasota County, Florida, Karen E. Rushing, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. EST on the 1st day of August 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
