NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 10, 2014, and entered in 12-CA-055128 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB N/K/A ONEWEST BANK N.A., is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE ROBERT C. WEHRMANN TRUST DATED MAY 24, 1993; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; SOUTH POINTE SOUTH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE ROBERT C.
