NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24, 2014, and entered in 2014 CA 000846 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC is the Plaintiff and DENNY L. STOKES; ANGELA D. DAUGHERTY; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2; AEGIS WHOLESALE CORPORATION are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on August 01, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8, Block 1446, 29TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 13, of the Public Records of SARASOTA County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
