Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 4th day of June, 2014 and entered in Case No. 11-CA-051190 in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and NICHOLAS A. WILLIAMS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR CITIBANK FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; CROSS CREEK OF FORT MYERS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; CROSS CREEK OF FORT MYERS CONDOMINIUM II ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION #1; UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION #2; IF LIVING, AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are the Defendants. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
