NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 11, 2014, and entered in Case No. 36-2013-CA-051212 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, As Trustee, Successor In Interest to Bank of America, National Association, as Trustee, As Successor By Merger to LaSalle Bank, National Association, as Trustee for WMALT 2005-9, is the Plaintiff and Geneine Mechnick, as Co-Trustee under Agreement dated June 20, 1996, The Unknown Beneficiaries of the Agreement Dated June 20, 1996, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 11 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
