AS TRUSTEE FOR WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-PR4 TRUST is Plaintiff and KENNETH M. KAPNER A/K/A KENNETH KAPNER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KENNETH M. KAPNER AKA KENNETH KAPNER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; PROVINCETOWN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; JP MORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY PURCHASE FROM THE FEDERAL DEPOSIT INSURANCE CORPORATION AS RECEIVER OF WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA; are defendants.
