To Whom It May Concern
Notice is hereby given of intention to apply to the 2015 Regular Legislative Session or subsequent sessions held in 2015 of the Florida Legislature for the passage of an act for the relief of Jennifer Wohlgemuth, providing an appropriation, to compensate her for personal injuries resulting from the negligence of and Final Judgment against the Pasco Sheriff's Office. The total amount of the claim sought through the claims bill process is all amounts unpaid pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment, to wit:
$8,624,754.40, bearing interest at the rate of 8% per year.
