NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 16, 2014 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale signed on or about July 14, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2010-CA-003547-WS (J2) of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and GEORGIA PISCARDELIS; TERRY PISCARDELIS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A PETER SARRIS, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 6th day of August, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 468, ALOHA GARDENS UNIT 6, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 69 AND 70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
