NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 23, 2014 entered in Case No. 14-CA-1963 Div. N, in the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein IBM SOUTHEAST EMPLOYEES FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, is the plaintiff, and BETSY JOHNSON, FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION and WHISPER LAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash except as set forth hereinafter, on October 6, 2014 at 10:00 a.m., via the Internet at the Hillsborough County Clerk's website for electronic on-line auctions at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 223, OF WHISPER LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 3801, PAGE 259, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 39, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND STATED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE CONDOMINIUM UNIT.
