NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 11, 2014, and entered in 11-CA-009898 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein LNV CORPORATION is the Plaintiff and AUDREY MILLER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JACK HOOTEN; CLERK OF COURT, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; DAVID A. WALKUP; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID A. WALKUP; CACV OF COLORADO, LLC; HARVEST CREDIT MANAGEMENT, VII, AS ASSIGNEE OF BANK OF AMERICA; CHASE MANHATTAN BANK USA NA; HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD; STATE OF FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on July 30, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11 AND THE WEST 14 FEET OF LOT 10, BLOCK 21, GOLFLAND OF TAMPA'S NORTHSIDE COUNTRY CLUB AREA, UNIT NO 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 28 TO 38, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BEING THE SAME PROPERTY CONVEYED TO CHARLES M MILLER AND AUDREY R MILLER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, BY DEED FROM WILLIAM J LINDLEY AND MARY W LINDLEY, HUSBAND AND WIFE, RECORDED 9/09/1960 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN DEED BOOK 588, PAGE 790.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
