NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated July 8, 2014 and entered in Case No. 29-2014-CA-000659 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and OSCAR ALDANA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF OSCAR ALDANA N/K/A MOHENEE ALDANA; TENANT #1 N/K/A SAMANTHA GRADY are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 08/26/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
