NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-012816, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and FRANCESCA PONTECORVO; FREDERICK C. YORK; MAGNOLIA PARK AT RIVERVIEW HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY N/K/A VICTORIA VELEZ, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 6th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, BLOCK 22, MAGNOLIA PARK CENTRAL PHASE “B”, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 115, PAGE(S) 218 THROUGH 221, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
