NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 18, 2014, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-000269, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R2, is Plaintiff and CARMEN T. KILLIAN, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 6th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT PART OF LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 15, OF SEMINOLE LAKE ESTATES AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 20, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 2 AND RUN NORTH 88 DEGREES 58 MINUTES 00 SECONDS WEST 52.83 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST 110.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 88 DEGREES 58 MINUTES 00 SECONDS EAST 36.25 FEET TO A POINT ON A CURVE HAVING A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 47 DEGREES 53 MINUTES 41 SECONDS, A RADIUS POINT BEARING NORTH 61 DEGEESS 02 MINUTES 19 SECONDS EAST, A DISTANCE OF 50.00 FEET AND A CHORD BEARING SOUTH 52 DEGREES 54 MINUTES 31 SECONDS EAST; THENCE ALONG SAID CURVE 41.80 FEET TO A POINT ON A CURVE HAVING A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 28 DEGREES 53 MINUTES 09 SECONDS A RADIUS POINT BEARING SOUTH 64 DEGREES 59 MINUTES 45 SECONDS EAST A DISTANCE OF 175.00 FEET AND A CHORD BEARING SOUTH 10 DEGREES 33 MINUTES 41 SECONDS WEST, THENCE ALONG SAID CURVE 88.23 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
