NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 23, 2014 in Civil Case No. 29-2012-CA-007677 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is Plaintiff and MARJORIE A. MAPLE, CENTURY 21-GEIGER REAL ESTATE CORP., AS TO FIFTY PERCENT INTEREST, DONNA CLARK AS TO A TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT INTEREST, JOANNE R. CORCORAN , KEVIN CORCORAN, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSESSION 2, JOANNE R MAPLE, PLANTATION HOMEOWNERS, INC., FRANK QUINN AS TO A TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT INTEREST, KEVIN CORCORAN, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11th day of August, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
All that certain land situate in Hillsborough County, Florida, viz: Part of Lot 1, Bellefield Village amended (a replat of a portion of Bellefield Village) according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 54, Page 21 Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida and being more particularly described as follows: From the SE corner of said Lot 1, run thence S. 50 degrees 19` 45` W., 76.43 feet along the Southerly boundary of said Lot 1 to the point of beginning; thence S. 50 degrees 19` 45` W., 32.00 feet along said Southerly boundary Thence N. 39 degrees 40` 15` W., 93.64 feet; Thence Northeasterly 32.18 feet along the arc of a curve to the left (Having a radius of 325.00 feet a central angle of 5 degrees 40` 20`, and a chord left (having a radius of 325.00 feet a central angle of 5 degrees 40` 20` and a chord bearing and distance of N. 56 degrees 04` 25` E., 32.16 feet) Along the Northerly boundary of said Lot 1; Thence S. 39 degrees 40` 15` E., 90.42 feet to the point of beginning
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
