NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 23, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2012-CA-013333 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and RICHARD J. PICCOLI, LYNN M. PICCOLI, RHC MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. FKA MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATION, INC., AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK, ASSET ACCEPTANCE LLC., CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA., DUNSTONE FINANCIAL, AN ARIZONA CORPORATION AS ASSIGNEE OF MBNA AMERICA, GE MONEY BANK F/K/A GE CAPITAL CONSUMER CARD CO. AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO MONOGRAM CREDIT CARD BANK OF GEORGIA, MBNA AMERICA BANK, NA, NOVA INFORMATION SYSTEMS, PAYMENTECH, LP A/S/O FIRST DATA MERCHANT SERVICES CORPORATION A/S/O FIRST USA MERCHANT SERVICES, INC, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, WELLS FARGO BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 1 N/K/A RICHARD PICOLLI JR, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION # 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD J. PICCOLI, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13th day of August, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 110, Block 32, RIVER HILLS COUNTRY CLUB, PARCEL 14, PHASE I, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 78, Page 76, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
