TRACT BEGINNING AT A POINT 218 FEET EAST OF THE SW CORNER OF SE 1/4 OF NW 1/4 OF NW 1/4 OF SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, AND RUN EAST TO A POINT 300 FEET WEST OF SE CORNER OF SE 1/4 OF NW 1/4 OF NW 1/4, AND RUN NORTH 330 FEET, THENCE RUN WEST TO A POINT 218 FEET EAST OF THE WEST LINE OF SE 1/4 OF NW 1/4 OF NW 1/4, THENCE RUN SOUTH TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
and commonly known as: 3718 FORTNER ROAD, PLANT CITY, FL 33567; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, Sales will be held at the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on August 18, 2014 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
