Final Judgment was awarded on June 18, 2014 in Civil Case No.: 13-CA-000889, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., HOME EQUITY ASSET TRUST 2006-7, HOME EQUITY PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-7 is the Plaintiff, and, JOSE TORRES; OFELIA TORRES; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MONICA TORRES; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
