NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 09017294CI 07 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC, Plaintiff, and, MOLENDA, LUCYNA A, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 11th day of August, 2014, the following described property:

TOGETHER WITH A PART OF THE AREA DENOTED AS TRACT “A” COMMON AREA ON SAID PLAT OF WELLINGTON PLACE - A TOWNHOUSE COMMUNITY, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 5 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 89° 59' 26” EAST, ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 5, 49.00 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 5; THENCE SOUTH 00° 00' 34” WEST, ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF AFORESAID PLAT, 4.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89° 59' 26” WEST, 49.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00° 00' 34” EAST, 4.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
