NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2014, and to an order rescheduling foreclosure sale, dated July 1, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-009800-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR BCAP LLC TRUST 2007-AA1, is Plaintiff and RICHARD MORGAN GAFFNEY JR., et al., are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 6th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 215, SNELL ISLE INCORPORATED, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 425 Lamara Way, NE, St. Petersburg, FL 33704
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
