NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of JUNE, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-009920 CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein REGIONS BANK, an Alabama banking corp., Successor by merger to AMSOUTH BANK is the Plaintiff and IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 AM on the 13th day of AUGUST, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 8, “A” Southwest Wing, Building B-25, and an undivided 1/72 interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with the subject to the Covenants, Terms and other provisions of On Top Of The World Unit Nineteen, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3680, Page 542, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 9, Page 74, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
