The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-7, Plaintiff and DAISY EDWARDS; HUCAN EDWARDS AKA HUCAN C EDWARDS; ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on this August 5th, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
