NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 11, 2014 in Civil Case No. 11-008877-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A is Plaintiff and SIOUX HART, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOW TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, HOME EQUITY OF AMERICA, INC., ISPC, TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, TENANT #4, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SIOUX HART, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11th day of August, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 8, Merritt`s Replat, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 48, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
