NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15th day of APRIL, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA-008115-XX-CICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NOTE CAPITAL GROUP VENTURES,LLC, a California Limited Liability Company is the Plaintiff and IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, 10:00 AM on the 15th day of SEPTEMBER, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 43, SEVER'S LANDING, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 96, PAGE(S) 61 TO 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
