NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to Plaintiff's Summary Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause now pending in said court, that I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com on the 8th day of OCTOBER, 2014, at 11:00 a.m., in accordance with Sec. 45.031 of the Florida Statutes, the following property:
Lot 6, Block C, ALBERT LEE RIDGE FIRST ADDITION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book U, Page 54, Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
