NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated July 15, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-14667-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida wherein THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF MOUNT DORA, TRUSTEE FOR ROGER K. HENDREN IRA U/A DTD 1/17/03, IS THE Plaintiff and JOES HERNANDEZ, UNKOWN PARTY IN POSESSION #1, UNKNOWN PARTY IN POSESSION #2, are Defendants, Eddie Fernandez, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at
http//www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 am on August 19, 2014 the following described property set forth in said Order, to wit:
LOT 159, RICHMOND HEIGHTS NO. 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGES 4 THROUGH 5, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
