NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 15, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 48-2013-CA-008086-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is the Plaintiff and GUINEL JOSEPH A/K/A QUINEL JOSEPH; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GUINEL JOSEPH A/K/A QUINEL JOSEPH N/K/A MARIE JOSEPH; JEANNETTE JOSEPH A/K/A JANETTE JOSEPH A/K/A JEANNETTE DUPERVAL JOSEPH A/K/A JEANNETTE DUPERVAL; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 08/19/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
