NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of April, 2014, and entered in Case No. 48-2010-CA-003231, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and SERGIO DEOLIVEIRA; STAR CREATIONS DEVELOPMENT, LLC.; STAR TOWER CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THYSSENKRUPP SAFWAY, INC. and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 12th day of August, 2014 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 903, STAR TOWER CONDOMINIUIM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED OCTOBER 1, 2007, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9454, PAGE 3593, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
