NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 3, 2014, entered in Case No. 11000023CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Michael W. Griffith; Leah C. Griffith; Port Charlotte Homeowners & Civic Association, Inc.; Florida Housing Finance Corporation; Charlotte County, A Political Subdivision of the State of Florida are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the October 31, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 364 PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 23, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 14A THRU 14E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
