NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated JUNE 19, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 08-2012-CA-000804, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, is Plaintiff, and FRANCES B. STEVENS; KATHRYN THERESA MULSOW A/K/A KATHRYN T. MULSOW; FRANCES B. STEVENS, AS TRUSTEE OF THE MULSOW-STEVENS REVOCABLE TRUST DATED AUGUST 13, 2008; KATHRYN THERESA MULSOW A/K/A KATHRYN T. MULSOW, AS TRUSTEE OF THE MULSOW-STEVENS REVOCABLE TRUST DATED AUGUST 13, 2008; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE MULSOW-STEVENS REVOCABLE TRUST DATED AUGUST 13, 2008; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS., are Defendant(s).
BARBARA T. SCOTT, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 6 day of November, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 22, 23, AND 24, IN BLOCK 1414, OF PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 27, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGES 20A THROUGH 20F, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
This property is located at the Street address of: 1450 Fireside St., Port Charlotte, FL 33952.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
