NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 15, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-2012-CA-004013 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-WL1, is the Plaintiff and Aimara Trujillo, Yadir Trujillo, JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest by purchase from the FDIC as receiver of Washington Mutual Bank, successor in interest to Long Beach Mortgage Company, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., Tenant # 1 also known as Eunices O. Gonzalez, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 27 day of October, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
A PORTION OF THE LOT 126, TOWN ESTATES SUBDIVISION, UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5 AT PAGE 27 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:BEGIN AT A POINT ON THE WEST LIMIT OF SAID LOT 126, A DISTANCE OF 313.70 FEET SOUTHERLY FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 216; THENCE NORTH 55 DEGREES 40 MINUTES 06 SECONDS EAST, PARALLEL WITH THE SOUTH LIMIT OF LOT 126, 210.5 FEET TO A POINT; THENCE SOUTH 34 DEGREES 19 MINUTES 54 SECONDS EAST, PARALLEL WITH THE WEST LIMIT OF TRACT 126; 244.15 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE SOUTH LIMIT OF LOT 126, THENCE SOUTH 55 DEGREES 40 MINUTES 06 SECONDS WEST, ALONG THE LAST MENTIONED LIMIT 210.05 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE WEST LIMIT OF LOT 126; THENCE NORTH 34 DEGREES 19 MINUTES 54 SECONDS WEST, ALONG SAID WEST LIMIT 244.15 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
