NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 15, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-2014-CA-000144 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Giorgie A. Millamena, Juan S. Millamena, Riverwood Community Association, Inc., Stillwater Trace at Riverwood Neighborhood Association, Inc., are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 12TH day of NOVEMBER, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
