Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 1, 2014 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 15, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 13-2892-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and ABBEY T. ELLNER; DAVID C. ELLNER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC. (MIN# 100020000354660858); SECTION 20 PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, 11:00 AM, on the 20 day of August, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 30, BLOCK 598, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 20, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGES 2A THRU 2Z 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
