NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 14, 2014 and entered in Case NO. 08-2011-CA-001607 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is the Plaintiff and DAVID SCHNEIDER; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID SCHNEIDER N/K/A NIKKI MILLER; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 11:00AM, on the 13 day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
