NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed July 22, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 11-2013-CA-003050-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13 day of August, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 137, ST CROIX AT PELICAN MARSH, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3776, Page 2841 through 2974, inclusive, as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Together with the exclusive right to use Garage G1-04
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
