NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered July 15, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-005565 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA AS TRUSTEE FOR FREDDIE MAC SECURITIES REMIC TRUST 2005-S001 is Plaintiff and GIZELLA E. KILLE, SAN REMO SHORES ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GIZELLA E. KILLE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 19th day of August, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 78, SAN REMO SHORES, UNIT NO 1, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 85, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
