NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 14, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 004241 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which Green Tree Servicing, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Antoinette L Cook also known as Antoinette Lee Cook, River Wilderness of Bradenton Foundation, Inc., successor by merger to River Wilderness Homeowners Association, Inc., Lone Wolf Holdings, LLC, are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 14th day of August, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
