NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 30th, 2014 entered in Civil Case No.2013-CA-006058 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and WILLIAM E. BURKE, et al., are Defendant(s).
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.manateerealforeclose.com at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on the 21st day of October, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
